- Domestic shipping (within the United Arab Emirates).
- Regional and international shipping to eligible countries shown at checkout.

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout according to the destination country, selected shipping method, and order weight or dimensions.
- For some countries, we may offer free or discounted shipping above a certain order value (this will be clearly displayed at checkout).
- Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times depend on the product, shipping method, and destination country and will be displayed during checkout whenever available.
Delays may occur due to customs procedures, carrier issues, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Order Processing
- Order processing time may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and other operational factors.
- You will receive an order confirmation email and, when available, a shipping confirmation with tracking details.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the following working days, subject to operational capacity.
5. Tracking and Delivery
- When tracking is available, you can follow your shipment status using the tracking link or number provided in your confirmation email.
- Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate. We are not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If the courier cannot deliver and the package is returned to us, we may charge a reshipping fee or deduct return costs from any refund, where applicable.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, your shipment may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, and local taxes charged once the package reaches the destination country.
- These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees unless explicitly mentioned at checkout.
- You are responsible for complying with your country’s import regulations and paying any applicable charges.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you with a replacement or claim with the carrier.
- If a shipment is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us and we will work with the shipping provider to investigate. Resolution may depend on the carrier’s policies.
8. Changes and Cancellations (Shipping)
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address or cancel the shipment.
- If you need to update your details, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
9. Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the conditions below carefully before requesting a return or refund.
9.1 Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only within a reasonable period from the date of delivery, in accordance with our internal procedures and any applicable consumer laws.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all accessories, manuals, and tags included.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or show signs of misuse or damage.

- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method, subject to your bank or payment provider’s processing times.
- Shipping fees and any customs or import charges are generally non‑refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
9.5 Exchanges
- Exchanges may be offered for the same item or a similar item of equal value, subject to availability.
- If the requested replacement product has a higher price, you may be required to pay the difference.
